Guide on the Legal Regime of Telework

 The legal regime for teleworking has recently undergone important changes, many of which stem from the experience gained during the confinements imposed during the COVID 19 disease. These changes were fundamentally introduced by Law No. 83/2021, of December 6, 2021, effective on January 1, 2022. This document aims to highlight the main rules to take into account regarding the legal regime currently in force.
