Golden Visa - Change of the Horizontal Property Regime

On January 10, 2022, Law no. 8/2022 was published, which reviews and develops some aspects of the horizontal property regime, amending the Civil Code, Decree-Law no. 268/94, of October 25, which establishes regulatory norms for the horizontal property regime, and the Notary Code. The Diploma enters into force on April 10, 2022.
