Guide on the Decent Work Agenda

 HAAG has prepared a guide with a summary of the main changes introduced by Law No. 13/2023, of April 3, to the Labor Code and related legislation, within the scope of the decent work agenda. The most relevant changes come into force on the 1st of May 2023.
