Postgraduate Degree in Maritime Law

The Postgraduate Course in Maritime Law at the Faculty of Law - Lisbon School - of the Catholic University of Portugal is an innovative course in Portugal, addressing the issue of Maritime Law in a national and international context. With a practical and multidisciplinary approach, it reconciles legal and regulatory issues of Maritime Law. The teaching staff includes professionals with extensive experience in topics in this area, including Alexandra Margarido, partner of HAAG, who will teach the module “Ports: Regulation, Pilotage and Towing”.
