COVID 19 - Measures to Protect the Credits - D.L. No. 10-J/2020

The Decree-Law no. 10-J / 2020, of March 26th, recently amended by Law no. 8/2020, of April 10th, establishes exceptional measures to protect the credits of families, companies, private social solidarity institutions and other entities of the social economy, as well as a special regime of personal guarantees of the State, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
