News Angola: Regulation of Private Investment Law

On October 30, entered into force in Angola the Presidential Decree No. 250/18, which approved the awaited Regulation of the Private Investment Law, approved by Law No. 10/18, of June 26. The approved regulation aims to establish the procedures for the approval, registration, monitoring, supervision and cancellation of private investment projects in Angola.
