COVID 19 - Extraordinary support measures for the maintenance of employment contracts - Simplified layoff - D.L. No. 10-G / 2020
The Decree-Law no. 10-G / 2020, of March 26th, establishes extraordinary support measures for the maintenance of employment contracts, namely the regime commonly known as "Simplified layoff", with the aim of supporting citizens and companies in the context of an emergency in the context of the COVID-19 disease pandemic.
